Step 1: The Brief

When our interior design team at Lemfun took on the commission for Loopy's World Gdańsk, located at Aleja Grunwaldzka 229, Gdansk, Poland, 80-266, the client’s vision was both vibrant and structurally ambitious. The mandate was to engineer a high-capacity, multi-generational active entertainment center enveloped in an authentic, whimsical candy theme. Spanning a generous 600sqm footprint, the brief called for a comprehensive indoor playground play center featuring a dense multi-level maze play area, high-capacity kids slide systems, an adventurous obstacle game route, an exhilarating fly slide, and a state-of-the-art interactive dancing game zone. Crucially, the facility needed to break away from single-demographic play parks; it had to offer structural scale, physical challenge, and spatial aesthetics capable of appealing simultaneously to toddlers, teenagers, and participating adults.

Step 2: The Challenge

Translating this brief into a functional reality at Aleja Grunwaldzka 229, Gdansk, Poland, 80-266 presented significant spatial planning and structural engineering hurdles. Managing a 600sqm venue with high industrial ceilings required an architectural solution that optimized vertical volume without creating dark, unmonitored dead zones or compromising emergency egress routes.

Supporting teenagers and adults alongside young children meant engineering structural load capacities far exceeding standard commercial specifications, requiring heavy-duty steel framing without making the environment feel cold or industrial. Furthermore, executing a candy aesthetic—dominated by high-saturation magenta, cyan, bright orange, and sunny yellow—demanded strict chromatic discipline. Without precise spatial zoning and balanced sightlines, a candy color palette of this magnitude risks causing visual fatigue and cluttered orientation for visiting parents and staff.

Step 3: The Solution

To address these site constraints, Lemfun engineered a fully customized, large scaled indoor playground set meticulously tailored to the structural geometry of Aleja Grunwaldzka 229, Gdansk, Poland, 80-266. We established a robust structural grid utilizing 80*80mm galvanized steel vertical columns wrapped in high-density, impact-resistant safety padding. This allowed us to build upwards, expanding the active surface area across multiple elevated play decks.

Multi-Level Candy Maze & Obstacle Course: Serving as the central architectural anchor, the sprawling maze play area utilizes clear acrylic crawl tunnels, transparent pink observation tubes, and suspended bridge crossings. Integrated within this lattice are various obstacle game elements—such as heavy-duty punching bags, balance beams, and climbing nets—engineered to test the agility of older youth and adults.

High-Velocity Multi-Lane Wave & Fly Slide: To deliver high-energy thrills, we integrated a massive, four-lane wave slide finished in vibrant candy orange fiberglass. Designed with optimized incline angles and extended deceleration zones, it allows four riders to race simultaneously, serving as a dynamic visual centerpiece.

Interactive LED Dancing Game Lounge: Embedded into a dedicated digital floor zone, we installed a multi-tile interactive dancing game. Featuring real-time motion-tracking LED floor panels and wall-mounted scoring displays, this attraction merges gross motor activity with gamified digital competition, serving as a primary draw for teenagers and adult groups.

Spatial Flow & Panoramic Sightlines: As rendered in our bird's-eye layout plans, the 600sqm spatial layout maintains wide, uninterrupted perimeter thoroughfares surrounding the main play deck. Parent seating and service zones are strategically positioned along the main circulation path, providing clear, uninhibited sightlines into every level of the candy-themed structure.

This comprehensive architectural integration positions Loopy's World Gdańsk as a benchmark showcase for Candy Themed Large Commercial Indoor Playground Equipment in Poland, illustrating how high-density play equipment can harmoniously align with sophisticated spatial planning.

Conclusion

The realization of Loopy's World Gdańsk at Aleja Grunwaldzka 229, Gdansk, Poland, 80-266 demonstrates Lemfun's capability to take complex client briefs from initial 3D rendering to an engineered, operational reality. By combining a sweet, cohesive candy visual language with rigorous structural engineering, we successfully transformed a 600sqm commercial shell into a vibrant, multi-generational destination that redefines the standards of commercial indoor play architecture.
